What we do

Five ways we make signing simple

Most of our work is sensitive and time-critical β€” a POA at a hospital bedside, a will at home, a closing at a law office. We bring the notary, the process, and the calm to you.

01

On-site notarization where care happens

We come directly to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, and private residences β€” so patients and families never have to arrange transport for a signature.

  • Bedside signings coordinated with facility staff
  • Private residence visits for seniors & families
  • Discreet, patient handling of sensitive documents

02

Nationwide remote online notarization (RON)

Can't meet in person? Sign securely by video from anywhere in the U.S. Ideal for out-of-state family members, travelers, and anyone who can't travel to a signing.

03

POA, healthcare, financial & general notarizations

Our core mobile appointments β€” handled carefully, explained plainly, and completed in one visit whenever possible.

  • Power of Attorney (financial & healthcare)
  • Advance directives & medical documents
  • Financial documents, affidavits & general acts
04

Spanish-speaking & ASL support

Everyone deserves to understand what they're signing. We offer Spanish-speaking support and can arrange an American Sign Language interpreter for your appointment.

Witnesses β€” handled for you

Many POA and will signings need witnesses. With adequate notice, we can provide up to two witnesses per appointment, so you don't have to scramble to find them.

Documents we commonly notarize

Don't see yours? Call 1-855-895-3900 β€” if it can be notarized, we'll tell you exactly what's needed.

How it works

Booked in minutes. Signed where you are.

1

Call, text, or send the request below

Tell us the document, the location (hospital, facility, office, or home), and your preferred time. We'll confirm what ID and witnesses are needed.

2

Confirm & prepay via Square

Prepayment through Square confirms and holds your appointment. You'll know the total before you pay β€” no surprises at the signing table.

3

We travel to the signer

Your notary arrives with seal, journal, and any witnesses you requested. For RON, we meet by secure video instead.

4

Sign, seal, done

We verify ID, witness the signature, complete the notarization, and leave you with properly executed documents.

How pricing works β€” no surprises

Every signing is different, so we confirm your exact total before you prepay via Square. Your total is based on:

  • Document & service type β€” mobile in-person vs. remote online (RON)
  • Travel β€” distance to the hospital, facility, office, or home
  • Number of signers & documents
  • Witnesses β€” if we provide one or two for you
  • Language support β€” ASL interpreter arrangement, if needed
  • Timing β€” after-hours or urgent requests

About MNPS

A local team law offices & care facilities call by name

Mobile Notary Public Services LLC is led by Julius Williams, President & Senior Service Provider. For a decade we've specialized in the signings other notaries turn down β€” bedside POAs, time-sensitive healthcare documents, and signings where family is spread across states.

We work on-site at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities, support law offices with reliable mobile coverage, and serve families at home β€” in English and Spanish, with ASL interpreter availability.

"The greatest compliment a person can give us would be the referral of their family and friends."

Common questions

Before you book

A current, government-issued photo ID for every signer. If a signer's ID is expired or they have no ID, call us before booking β€” requirements vary by document and state, and we'll tell you what alternatives may work.
Yes β€” that's our specialty. We regularly sign at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities. Just include the facility name and room number in your request, and make sure the signer will be awake, willing, and able to communicate at the appointment time.
Many Powers of Attorney and wills require witnesses, and witnesses generally must be adults with photo ID who aren't named in the document. With adequate notice, MNPS can provide up to two witnesses per appointment β€” select that option in the request form.
You meet the notary by secure video, verify your identity online, and sign electronically β€” from anywhere in the U.S. It's ideal when signers are in different states. Call us and we'll confirm your document qualifies and walk you through the tech (you'll just need a device with a camera).
Prepayment through Square is required to confirm and hold your appointment. We'll confirm the total with you first β€” before you pay β€” based on the document, travel, witnesses, and any interpreter needs.
Yes. We offer Spanish-speaking support (se habla espaΓ±ol) and can arrange an American Sign Language interpreter with advance notice. Note it in your request so we schedule the right support.
No β€” notaries verify identity and witness signatures; we can't draft documents or give legal advice. If you need a POA or will prepared, an attorney should prepare it first, then we'll handle the notarization. Law offices: we regularly support your signings on-site.
Good to know: Appointments are confirmed upon prepayment via Square. If you need to reschedule or have questions about our refund terms for your specific booking, ask when we confirm β€” we'll put the terms for your appointment in writing before you pay. MNPS notaries are commissioned notaries public, not attorneys, and cannot provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.
